Hello, I created a new Sierra Chart account and completed all required account information. My 22-day trial is active, but the account still shows “Restricted.” Sierra Chart reports “Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled” and “Service Package does not support this function or account is expired.” Please activate/unrestrict my trial account so I can evaluate historical intraday data. Thank you

We see that you have changed to the "Base Standard" package. So you should be fine now.
