Hello, I'm having an issue with my custom studies updating. As you can see from the attached document I'm able to receive one of the studies, the "MarketWhispererRecorderV9.dll", but my Paolini_Price_Tracker_V20 is not reloading with updated studies. As you can see in the attached doc, I have an Account Name: Jeff Clark Trading LLC and have update access to 2099. I've saved and shut down my charts, removed the "old" .dll file and restarted my charts only to find that the updated .dll file failed to load leaving me without my studies. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. |
