Hi I am coming back to sierra charts and want to see my chart books from before but I could not find it.I was doing it offline since I want to see if the charts are still there before I subscribe to sierra charts.How can I accomplish that? Thanks Homaira Khalidi |

All your Sierra Chart information is stored on your local computer. We do not store anything for you on our servers or in the "Cloud". Therefore, you would need to find the Sierra Chart folder you had previously. The chartbooks are in the "Data" folder under the main Sierra Chart installation folder. We recommend installing Sierra Chart to "C:\SierraChart", but you could put it anywhere on your system. If you did not keep that folder or have a backup of it, then those charts are gone.
