Hi Yesterday(14 Sep) at 1106 new york time, the CL contract fall sharply. But sierra chart frozen for most of the time at that minute. My IBKR is working fine. I opened up 10 different sierra charts(including dom) and they frozen at the same time, only pop up some data every 10 or more seconds(price and orders on each level is not real time anymore), leave me totally blind during that moment. I got 32 GB ram DDR4 and C disk using a 500 GB SSD, sierra chart is operating on another 2TB disk. My location is not in US. So I wonder if should using VPN during trading hours or I should take any actions to avoid this situations to show up again. Did it only happen to me or it is for everyone? |
