Hello
i contacted AMP to change from FIX to websocket protocol , but i can't connect

We have learned about this problem today.


We did not realize that CQG provided us a protocol definition file that does not work on their live server.

So therefore the prerelease cannot be used with CQG at this time.

ok but how can i do now ? i asked AMP to change and they did it.
Can you receive from CQG the right protocol definition ? or i have to wait until tomorrow and ask AMP to change again to FIX protocol

You will need to go back to the main release of Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

And ask AMP to enable your CQG account for FIX.

Yes it does. The name of the service in Sierra Chart is "CQG FIX Trading".
