im trying to use my chartbooks with footprint, market profile, DOM, and Time and Sales... none of the charts have been working.... i was told that package service 5 would include the services needed in order for me to use those chartbooks that i have downloaded... i then switch back to service package 11 and still cannot use my chartbooks and i keep getting delayed service... i spent 56 dollars with you guys and have still not been able to place a trade with my broker AMP.. Can you please help me create the correct connection through whatever service packages are needed so i can use my chartbooks with footprints, TPO, DOM, and Volume profile and be able to execute a trade with the best connection possible... ? i would greatly appreciate your help with these issues i am having....thank you again...
