Is there any way I could replicate this speed of tape (instant) from deepcharts onto sierra charts? I just want to know if its possible.

How is this calculated? We do not understand what you are trying to show in that chart.

It is a histogram of trade activity measured over a fixed trailing time window, drawn in its own region. Calculation: • Time is divided into successive 10 second periods. Each period is one bar. Bar height is the total volume traded during that period. Bar color is set by the sign of that period's delta (ask volume minus bid volume). Positive delta is one color, negative delta another. Only the last 3 periods are displayed. My assumption is that I can reproduce this with a 10 second bar chart using the Volume study, with Color Bar Based On Alert Condition driven off Bid & Ask Volume Difference to set the color, and the chart scrolled to show only the last few bars. Is that the correct approach, or is there an existing study that does this directly? |

There is not an existing study that does this. What you propose is the correct way to get what you are wanting. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
