Price Retracement Tool Bug

I am using version 2947 (Revision 58042) and there is a bug in the Price Retracement tool that was not there before. The Fib percentages do not round properly. For example, 61.8 shows in the Percent column on the Levels tab of the tool's properties window as 61.799999 and on the chart as 61.79999923706055 as per the attached screenshot. If I delete those entries and re-enter them again, the tool wipes out what I have entered and replaces them with those lengthy percentages. The main issue is that the tool displays those lengthy percentages on the chart, which messes up how the chart looks and takes up a lot of chart real-estate unnecessarily. It could be that the tool is storing those levels internally as a single-precision float, which might be causing this issue. I would appreciate your help on resolving this issue soon. Thanks! |
