I understand that you are moving away from float32. What does it mean to users, apart from upgrading SC installation? Do I have now to rewrite all my studies? What is going to happen to data storage? Are all .scid files I collected from 2010 now obsolete? |

Do I have now to rewrite all my studies? No, but a re-compilation will be necessary. No changes are required now. We do not know when this change will be made. It might be in December 2026.
