Google Financial data issue

I have been downloading intraday stock data via Google Financial data for several months now. As of this week, I noticed that the data will not download past 10/31. I tried deleting and refreshing the data and as well as tried new symbols and the download still stops at 10/31. I updated to version 1205 and still have the same issue. Any ideas? Thank you! |

It is not likely we are going to do any further development with this. If it is not working, we just probably will end up removing the service. For what exchanges do you need data for? Thanks for the reply. I uses the intraday data from a handful of NYSE and NASDAQ stocks for swing trades. I don't need real time data. Any other options for getting that data? Thanks! |

I discovered a fix for this. Export the datafile and add one line at the end with date of 11/3 (first trading day after 10/31) and then import this updated file. Once you do this, the new data automatically gets downloaded as expected. Not sure why this happened, but please don't remove the service. |
