SC2947 Spreadsheet Study For Trading with v2 values Trade Window Main: - Use Attached Orders = Selected - Market Order - Quantity: 5 Targets: 5 OCO-Groups, each with Stop: Trailing Stop, Quantity: 1, and Target: Limit, Quantity: 1 The targets are all different, i.e. staggered targets. The stops are set up as 20 ticks in the trade window, but should ultimately be set from J85. Trade Window Status shows: Qty: 5 Target/Stops Match Spreadsheet Study For Trading with v2 values: Settings: - Maximum Position Allowed = 5 - Use Column I and J v2 Values = Yes Sheet: J24 = Limit or Stop Price - Sell Entry (M) (read/write): = <blank> J26 = Order Quantity (read/write): = 5 J69 = Order Quantity (read/write): = 5 J70 = Use Separate Exit Order Quantity (write-only): = <blank> J71 = Exit Order Quantity (write-only): = <blank> J72 = Buy Exit: Order Type. M=Market,L=Limit,S=Stop,SL=Stop-Limit,MIT=MarketIfTouched (read/write): = M J73 = Buy Entry: Order Type. M=Market,L=Limit,S=Stop,SL=Stop-Limit,MIT=MarketIfTouched (read/write): = M J74 = Buy Exit: Order Type. M=Market,L=Limit,S=Stop,SL=Stop-Limit,MIT=MarketIfTouched (read/write): = M J75 = Sell Entry: Order Type. M=Market,L=Limit,S=Stop,SL=Stop-Limit,MIT=MarketIfTouched (read/write): = M J76 = Sell Exit: Order Type. M=Market,L=Limit,S=Stop,SL=Stop-Limit,MIT=MarketIfTouched (read/write): = M J78 = Limit or Stop Price - Buy Entry (K) (read/write): = <blank> J79 = Limit or Stop Price - Buy Exit (L) (read/write): = <blank> J80 = Limit or Stop Price - Sell Entry (M) (read/write): = <blank> J81 = Limit or Stop Price - Sell Exit (N) (read/write): = <blank> J83 = Exit Order Quantity (write-only): = <blank> J84 = Attached Order Target Offset (write-only): = <blank> J85 = Attached Order Stop Offset (write-only): = '=U3' = taken from cell U3 as calculated value there With this setup, when I enable automated trading and the first buy or sell entry is hit, the trade window targets are deleted and I get only one stop: Stop, Quantity: 5. The Stop Offset is apparently taken from J85 =U3. I want the Stops and Targets taken as configured in the Trade Window, especially the staggered Targets. How do I need to change the configuration to achieve this? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-09-04 15:16:33

I know that there is some way to set this up. I had it working before at some time, but I could not reproduce it. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-09-04 15:24:31

The Trade Window targets reset also occurs when I specify a twconfig file in J87.

Addendum: If I set in the Trade Window Targets the Stop to Quantity 5 and 'All OCO Groups', the behavior does not change. |

Your issue is with cell J85. Since you have a value in this cell, the Spreadsheet System for Trading is assuming you want to use that Stop order and not the setup from your Trade Window. If you want the Attached Orders as they are setup in your Trade Window, then you need to not specify anything for the Attached Orders within the Spreadsheet. In other words, make cell J85 blank. OK, but is there any other way then to have the Stop Offset be programmatically set from a value calculated in the spreadsheet?

It is either set in the Spreadsheet, in which case, you only have the 1 stop. Or it is set in the Trade Window, where you have the multiple stops. There is not a way to set the offset in in the Spreadsheet to be used in the Trade Window. For something like this, you would need to move to a custom study.
