SC Historical daily data does not update

Hi SC Engineering, when I try to update historical DAILY data (SC delayed feed) by disconnecting the Sierra Chart feed and connecting it again (or by closing SC and starting again), nothing happens. In contrast, delayed INTRAday data of the same symbols is loaded. When I update SC to a newer version (if available), then the new daily data is loaded, too. When I start SC for the first time at a given day, most daily symbols update (but not thereafter at the same day). Thanks in advance |

If that is the case you would see a message of this in the Message Log. The Message Log clearly indicates the historical data downloading that is being done.To update Historical charts, select Edit >> Download Data For All Historical Charts.
