when I open up the trade positions window or trade account/ balances window. it on stay up for a couple of seconds.. how do I fix that ? thank you

Are you doing anything when the window disappears? If you are selecting something, then what exactly are you selecting? If you do nothing after opening one of those windows, does it still disappear?
