My apologies if this is a duplicate message. ON 8/31 around 5 PM- PST , Rithmic had a glitch and i was unable to flatten trades.. I Lost quite a bit of money. I am working with Bulenox on this issue and they have requested a trading file from you if possible. Would you be able to send me the file on that date from 4:30-5:30 PM - PST 8/31 Thank you |

We do not have any information for your account. We assume they are referring to the "Trade Activity Log". That is on your system and can be accessed by selecting "Trade >> Trade Activity Log". i am having an issue following any of these steps. Is there anyway i can hire someone to created this activity log from 8/31 4:30 - 5:30 PST? I need to show the orders and the cancels primarily during this time frame for a specific account. i have a few and dont want the info from other accounts . Thank you
