After a 2-month break in using Sierra Chart, I no longer have access to current charts. They expire on June 26, 2026. I have paid for them. How do I enable current data to trade?

today is the 1st of a month, so make sure you've enough money on your account to subscribe to real-time data. Realtime-data is charged by calendar.month and has nothing to do with the software subscription,

To start with, you are on a very old version of Sierra Chart. You really need to update in order to ensure that everything will work properly. Follow the instructions at the following link to update: Software Download: Fast Update It looks like you are connecting to CQG for your trading. We do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. So if you are wanting data for either of these exchanges, then you will need to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We see that you had previously had data for the CME Group. As such, to get this data again, you just have to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
