Those are a standard message that is put into your Trade Service Log. You are not having any issue according to what they state. In particular, you are allowed to get data to 2 different computers at the same time and you are allowed to get data on each computer for up to 3 different installations of Sierra Chart (separate installations, not sub-instances). 2026-08-31 09:48:01.996 | Denali Data Feed | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2
The above is stating that you have the data going to two different computers at the same time and you are allowed to get data to two different computers at the same time. 2026-08-31 09:48:01.996 | Denali Data Feed | MaxConnectionsForSameDevice = 3, NumCurrentConnectionsForSameDevice = 1
