Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am having a recurring problem with chart data not loading correctly in Sierra Chart. This issue happened previously, appeared to resolve, and has now suddenly returned. I have already done extensive troubleshooting, including: * Disconnecting and reconnecting Sierra Chart to the data feed. * Restarting Sierra Chart. * Reloading the affected charts. * Closing and reopening the chartbook. * Allowing the historical data time to download. * Checking the futures symbol/chart I am using. * Trying the connection/loading process multiple times. * Checking whether the market itself was still producing data using another trading platform/data source. * Confirming that this is not simply a temporary market-data delay. * Testing the chart again after it previously started working, only for the same loading problem to return. The chart was previously working and displaying the data I need, including my footprint/Numbers Bars information. Then it suddenly stopped loading/displaying the data correctly again. I have attached screenshots showing exactly what I am seeing when the problem occurs. Because this problem keeps returning even after troubleshooting, I would appreciate help identifying the underlying cause. In particular, could you please determine whether this is related to: * Historical data downloading * The data-feed connection * Symbol mapping * Chart/data settings * Numbers Bars data * A corrupted or incomplete data file * Or another Sierra Chart configuration issue If necessary, I can also provide my Message Log, Trade Service Log, chartbook, exact symbol/settings, or any other diagnostic information you need. I would really appreciate someone reviewing the screenshots and logs rather than having me repeat the same basic troubleshooting steps, since I have already gone through those multiple times. Thank you. |
