After enabling the data feed, the charts are still getting delayed 10 mins. I tried to restart and reconnect, but not luck. Please help

You do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you have not had an active exchange since April 2026. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you activate an exchange today (August 25, 2026) you will pay the full amount for the exchange to get the data for the remainder of August. You will then pay again in September 1, 2026, to get the data in September. So you may want to wait until September 1, 2026, to activate an exchange.
