What exactly is occurring? What happens when you try to place a trade? Are you getting any kind of error message, and if so, what does it state? Is this in Simulation Mode or with a Live trading account? If Live, what order routing service are you using? How exactly are you entering this trade? Are you clicking in the DOM, are you right-clicking and selecting a specific entry type, are you using the Trade Window and selecting one of the buttons, something else?
