I want to create a time range (e.g. trade only between 8am - 12pm) for my auto trade and close all position at end of normal trade hours. how do i do it?

Refer to the following for how to flatten positions for a chart at a specific time:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: A >> Flatten And Cancel at Set Time

There is nothing built into Sierra Chart itself that control the hours for trading. But if you are using a custom study, then you can control this with the following function:
ACSIL Interface Members - Functions: sc.SetTradingLockState()

The fact that "Connect to Data Feed" is greyed out means that you are already connected.
