I am currently subscribed to Service Package 10. but my chart show no TPO NO FOOTPRINT.I want to use TPO Profile Chart and footprint for historical data replay (Replay Chart) on CME futures. What is the minimum required Service Package or setup to run these studies without errors?

You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages in order to have access to TPO and Numbers Bars studies.
