DOM Thin Bid/Ask Volume Bars during Combined Increments

Please see attached. After enabling combined increments and setting the scale correctly, the bid/ask volume bars are only taking up a third or so of the row. Is there a way to correct this? Thank you.

I am SORRY! "Chart DOM Volume Bars Fill Combined Price Level" set to yes. FIXED!
