Hello support team
If I am posting in the wrong place, please forgive my ignorance.
I set up an account a few days ago and paid in a little money and chose my service.

I have been using that service.

I have been adding to my Sierra Chart installation custom files and charts which were created by someone else and gifted to me by the creator.

Now I have bought a new laptop.
I want to start over with a clean download to my new laptop of the Sierra Chart software in a virgin state please.
I do not want to port over any of my existing Sierra Chart installation's files or charts.

Instead I want a clean empty brand new Sierra Chart, looking exactly the way it would look if I were installing it for the very first time on a brand new account, pretty please, with no additional charts or files except those added by yourselves to the empty basic first install state (such as, to name one, the Example Chartbook).

I have quite a lot of existing files and charts and I don't want any of them on the new laptop, I want to start over, with an absolutely non-overwritten first install type of download, pretty please.

I have read a couple of the posted instructions re re-installing Sierra Chart, and they all reassure the user that whatever files and charts you have will automatically come with you in the new install. But I want the exact opposite to that please.

Just Sierra Chart as it comes out of the box, nothing at all that I earlier added to come into the new install please.
I'd very much appreciate your instructions on how to accomplish that please. Many thanks.

If you have a new laptop that's never installed Sierra Chart, I'm pretty sure you're good to go in that it'll be a complete clean slate.

Everything's locally based. Even if you did download it before, you can uninstall it / remove the folder fully.

Easiest thing to do is simply install Sierra Chart into a new folder on your system like \SierraChart2.

This is all.
