saved study collections don't appear in the control bar customization menu

I have created 3 study collections. They are all stored in the correct place (in the data folder - C/SierraChart/Data), all 3 appear under the analysis menu, and all 3 work when applied to a chart as they should. However, I can't apply any of the study collections as customized buttons on control bar. I have added study collections 1, 2 ad 3 (SC1,2,3) to a control bar, but when depressing the customize button, none of my created study collections appear in the available list (which is empty) for assignment. What can i do to resolve the problem?

What version of Sierra Chart is this happening with? We are not seeing any problems with this. Can you provide a screenshot, of what you see when you press the Customize button. Left click in the Value column on the row that says Study Collection Name. You might have to left click twice and then you will get a list box with the names.
