Help with Setting Quote Board Default Fields

Hi - I'm using SC 2933 on Win 11/AMD. I would like to set default fields for new quote board dialogs to work with symbol lists. However, when I try to set my desired field configuration using Global Settings > Quote Spreadsheet Settings per the online documentation, those settings are not applied to new quote boards. Further, the list of fields shown in the actual quote board window's Settings > Set Fields dialog are different from those shown in the above mentioned Global Settings > Quote Spreadsheet Settings dialog. E.g. "Trade Direction" is shown in the Quote Board fields list, but not in the Quote Spreadsheet Settings list. How can I set up a default Quote Board window layout and have it stick, using the fields shown in the Quote board settings options?
