I am attempting to set up "Hotkeys" for my live trading. The command I am attempting to install is "Trading Keyboard Shortcuts>>>Buy Market" with CTRL B as the execute command. I keep getting an error message for the CQG. See attached files and please advise, thank you.

The snippet of the Message Log you sent does not give us enough information to understand the exact problem you are having.

If you are having issues connecting to CQG, then this is not related to the Keyboard Shortcuts.

Please let us know what exactly is occurring with your system. If you are having a problem with CQG, then what exactly is the issue?

I can't say exactly when but I've noticed the latest versions of SC, my keyboard shortcuts for Next and Previous charts don't work anymore even though I hadn't change anything. Assigning them to something new also doesn't work. I will add I'm using SC on a Mac with Crossover so not sure if something changed in the emulation or how SC is working internally.

Thanks

We are checking on this. Another user said, that the focus is lost, when changing between charts, with keyboard shortcuts. We tested this now, and we did experience a scenario related to this which involves detached and/or charts that are hidden. We are working on the issue.
