Dear support team, Hope you are well. After I updated from 2913 version to the latest, NQ DOM seems to be bugged. Could you please advise how to compress NQ DOM to 2 ticks so that recent bid/ask, pull stack and so on would be properly compressed? What I have done previously and now this approach does not work. 1. Chart -> Chart settings -> Market Depth -> Market Depth Increment combine set to 2 2. Chart -> Chart settings -> Scale (button) -> scale increment = 0.5 3. Chart -> Chart settings -> Symbol -> Tick size = 0.25 Now with these settings it's visually bugged. |

What you are doing is the proper solution. Make sure you also have the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns". Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) If you are still having a problem, then please get us an image an explain what is not showing correctly. Hi John, I am also facing similar issues with compressing the DOM. My settings are the same as his and I have applied Yes to Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns. However, the recent bid/ask columns looks off and noticed that the pull/stack column tend to stack above one another at the same price 1. Chart -> Chart settings -> Market Depth -> Market Depth Increment combine set to 2 2. Chart -> Chart settings -> Scale (button) -> scale increment = 0.5 3. Chart -> Chart settings -> Symbol -> Tick size = 0.25 |

What is the column where you have the information circled and there is a value of 1 in an odd position?

Its a pull stack column. I have only put to show the stacking of market depth. I think the value of 1 in the pull stack column 29364.75. Would you recommend that I change Chart -> Chart settings -> Symbol -> Tick size = 0.25 to 0.5 instead? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-09-14 21:18:02

There is some reason for this.: However, the recent bid/ask columns looks off and noticed that the pull/stack column tend to stack above one another at the same price
This is only at the very top of the values, by the last trade price. Probably to prevent an overlap with the other side (ask or bid), that potentially can occur when combining levels. Are there any fix for this?

No. This is by design. Also it needs to be understood that mathematically, it is 100% impossible to prevent overlap when combining price levels, at the point where bid and ask prices are side-by-side each other.
