I’m having the same problem. I upgraded from version 2891 to 2933 and also made the settings and adjustments mentioned in this thread. However, the Large Volume Trade indicator is not working and does not display anything. The solution described in the previous post did not work for me. [2026-08-02 11:04:50]#1[Go To First Post] User126307 [Direct Messages] - Posts: 3 HI SC team. I have added the default setting "Large Volume Trade Indicator" on my ES chart but it shows nothing. I followed some past posts to change the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (List)" to 1 tick but the problem is still not resolved. I have attached the file and the screenshot for your reference. Follow the instructions here to do this: Tick by Tick Data Configuration You also need to re-download the data as explained. Also set the Volume Threshold Input with the study to 1. We do have to go over the same items to ensure everything has been done properly. First, is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" set to "1 Tick"? If it is not set to "1 Tick", then change it to "1 Tick", select OK to close that window, then select "File >> Reconnect" to update the data feed. Then for any chart in which you want to use the Large Volume Trade Indicator, go to that chart and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You need to redownload the data so you have all your data stored as 1 tick data. If you previously changed your "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit", then make sure you also redownloaded the data as specified above. If all of this is set properly and you are still having an issue, then please set the following for your Large Volume Trade Indicator: - Volume Threshold: 1 - Draw Mode: Based on Total Volume Above Threshold - Indicator Size: 10 - Automatic Indicator Size: No - Automatic Combining of Price Levels for Markers: No - Use Transparent Draw Style: No Also make sure that the "Bid Dominant Color Range Minimum", "Bid Dominant Color Range Maximum", "Ask Dominant Color Range Minimum", and "Ask Dominant Color Range Maximum" are set to colors that easy to see. You should have markers showing at every price level for every bar. If you do, then change the settings for the Large Volume Trade Indicator back to what you were using, paying attention to what item you change that causes the markers to go away. For instance, do you happen to have the transparency set to 100%, so using the transparent markers is causing the issue. If you do not have any markers showing, then get us your chart with that study on it by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The issue was resolved simply by changing “Use Transparent Draw Style” from Yes to No, without changing any other settings in the indicator. Thx. |
