[Locked] - Are Sierra Chart Exchange Data stock servers down?

I'm on Denali US Stock Consolidated live. Both yesterday night and now today too, my daily charts aren't updating at all automatically when I pull up a stock unless I force it with Edit > Delete All Data & Download. Intraday data does update by itself though it is also taking a much longer time than usual. Also, I do historical daily downloads for all my stocks in my Associated Watchlist which usually takes 7 downloads/second, but right now it's downloading 1 download/22 seconds which is super slow. My Intraday Data Storage Unit is 1 minute like always, and same max historical days to download. I tested this on External BarChart Historical Data Service and that's doing 4 downloads/second, which is normal and the same as last time I tested. Futures charts are loading up automatically and 'Download Data for Associated Watchlist' works perfectly fine with futures too. I'm on the latest version of 2933. For some reason, when I'm doing the 'Download Data for Associated Watchlist Symbols' with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Service, it's still downloading them at 1 download/22-30 seconds when it was doing 6-7 downloads per second over the past month. Even loading up a stock on a chart is taking extremely long. External BarChart Historical Data Service is downloading at normal speeds though. |

Thank you for solving the 'Download Data for Associated Watchlist Symbols'. One thing that still remains is that daily historical charts aren't automatically pulling an update. No issue with intraday charts though. |

still stuck on "Waiting to Download Data" and TPO charts are not updating

User208416: I'm not having that issue with Intraday charts anymore and that's working fine now. Maybe Disconnect / Connect or re-start platform.

We made sure the historical daily data is updated on the one server we were doing maintenance on. And we observe no problem there or any of the servers. Check the Window >>Message Log for progress of downloading historical data. If there is any connection problem let us know. XAUUSD aka Gold charts are looking half complete on TPO. Half of the daily data is not loading and over night data is completely missing
