Good morning,

I can't figure out why the chart on Sierra Chart is different from the one on TradingView. I've attached a screenshot: on TradingView you can clearly see ES touching 7430, but not on Sierra.

I'm using Teton as my data feed, but I get the same problem when I switch to SC Data as well.

Also, the data on Sierra should go up to 22:00 Italian time (3:00 PM CT), but it only goes up to 20:45 Italian time (1:45 PM CT). What's causing this?

Thank you.

What are your session times, timezone, and use evening session set to?
One or more of them is wrong.

My session times are correct (adjusted for the time zone)—I’m attaching a photo. But the problem is also that the ES reached around 7430 on Friday (see the TradingView screenshot), whereas on Sierra it hit 7450. I don't understand.

Close is at 22:59:59, but that isn't the problem with you price difference.

You're (global) time zone must be set to UTC, so you've cut off first two hours of the session.
Look at the last bar in your Sierra Chart screenshot, it is 20:45:59-20:59:59 - which would be close time UTC.

Thanks for the replies. I've set it to UTC but nothing changes: the price difference problem is still there, and on the charts (10 min) I can see it jumps straight from 20:50 to 22:00

No... You need to set it for your time zone.
It was showing "Global Time Zone" on your settings, and the chart data from Friday suggested that this was set to UTC.

When I said this, "You're (global) time zone must be set to UTC, so you've...", it was an observation, not a suggestion.

Thanks, but I haven't solved anything.

Thanks, but I haven't solved anything.

So you did not look at the image in the last post and try those correct settings?
Here is another image showing 15-min ES chart with correct session times - see that the price action / levels are now same as trading view chart.

now Okay, I fixed it by changing the session times. Thanks.
