I am attempting to load the attached footprint chart to Sierra, and I am receiving an error message. Can you please assist me with what needs to be done to get this loaded.

That chartbook is either too old or is corrupted. You simply can not use it. That chartbook is from a company named G7FX. You should talk to them about getting an updated copy.
