Can Allocation Trade Account Multiplier place extra contracts at target 1?

I've been using the Allocation Trade Account Multiplier feature in the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts window. If the multiplier causes there to be an odd number of contracts though I've noticed that it places the extra contract at the furthest target (target 2), and I'm curious if there is a way for it to place to extra contract at the closest/first target instead (target 1). For example, if I use an attached order with 2 targets and 2 contracts on my main trade window, with the contracts split evenly between the two targets (1 @ target 1, 1 @ target 2), and then set the Allocation Trade Account Multiplier to something like 1.5 for the account to copy the order to, I've noticed that it will place 1 contract at target 1 and 2 contracts at target 2. I'm curious if there is a way to reverse that so that the extra contract is at target 1 instead so that there is 2 @ target 1, and 1 at target 2. I've tried changing the Scale In and Scale Out options under General Trade Settings to all of the various options (Furthest, Nearest, and both Even Distribution options), but that didn't seem to work. I also tried using Stop All or separate Stops in the attached order but that didn't do anything. And I tried messing around with the various order settings under the Menu button on the trade window. I also tried all of this on the trade window of the chart/account the order's being copied to. I've been trying to go through all of the documentation related to this sort of thing first, and searching the support board first before posting this, but I'm stumped and out of ideas. Is it even possible to do what I'm trying to do? I appreciate the help.
