Remove subscription for unwanted User Defined Studies

A user added my Sierra Chart account to their User Defined Studies/Libraries, and the associated DLL files are now being downloaded automatically. I don't want access to these studies. I already contacted the user and asked them to remove me, but unfortunately they do not respond. Could Sierra Chart Support please remove my account from the authorization lists for these two studies and stop the related DLL downloads? The two related studies are - woldoe's - Zick Zack - woldoe's levels - with Frozen Tundra Thank you in advance! |

Woldoe's levels with Frozen Tundra should use the Google Sheets Importer study. Check your study list for this study and remove it.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, I am not using any of the mentioned studies, including the Google Sheets Importer, in any of my charts. The two DLL files for the mentioned studies are downloaded automatically every time Sierra Chart starts, even when I open an empty Chartbook with no studies applied. Therefore, this does not appear to be related to a study added to a chart. My Sierra Chart account appears to be included in the automatic file distribution lists for these studies. I would like my account to be removed from those distribution lists, but as far as I know I cannot do this myself. |

MarkusK: The owner of those DLL Groups removed you from them on July 15, 2026. You should not have been receiving any files since then. You will still have the files on your system unless you specifically remove them. You need to delete them through the operating system (i.e. File Explorer in Windows). Thank you for the clarification. You are correct - the files were only still present locally on my system. After deleting them manually, they were not downloaded again. I had not noticed this because the author of the studies did not reply to my request, and I had not tried deleting the files again after contacting him. Everything is resolved now. Thank you for your help! |
