THE KEY STROKES FOR INTERACTIVE SCALE RANGE ARE NOT VISIBLE (OR NOT PRESENT) ON VERSION 2930. PLEASE INSTALL KEY STROKES FOR INTERACTIVE SCALE RANGE!! THE KEYS FOR INTERACTIVE MOVE ARE PRESENT AND FUNCTIONAL.

We see no problem with this. When using the Control key, the opposite state is invoked as explained here: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Inverting the Scale Mode And we set up keyboard shortcuts for Interactive Scale Range and Interactive Scale Move and changed between them with the keyboard without any problems. By default there are no keyboard shortcuts for these.
