We are not certain what the exact issue is that you are having. The image named "1.png" shows a chart with bars from July 24, and it also shows that data is being downloaded, so we can not say that there is anything wrong with that. The one thing we see in the snippet of the log in "3.png" is that you tried to add the "Numbers Bars" study to a chart, but you are on the "Integrated Base" package, so you do not have access to the "Numbers Bars" study. As such, you would just get a blank chart, along with the message in your log that what you are trying to do is not allowed. Either do not use the Numbers Bars study, or you would have to change to one of the "Advanced" packages.
