"Hello. By mistake, the system activated 2 months of Service Package 11. I only want 1 month of Service Package 11 so I can use the remaining balance for the Denali CME and NASDAQ data feeds. Please adjust my package to 1 month and refund the extra month to my Services Balance. Thank you."

Just so you are aware, the reason that occurred is because you selected the "Renew Now" button. You needed to use the "Update/Set" button instead. We have refunded the extra one month that you added to your account back to your Services Surplus.
