I am trying to find where to off the market price from showing up on y axis. There used to be an enable box you could uncheck to disable in the graphics section. But since new version I don't see that option any more.

No that is not the right setting. What you need is: Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Colors >> Chart >> Last Trade Price Box. There is an Enable column.
