I moved the funds out from my broker EdgeClear, which was linked to Sierra, and now receive an error message while trying to connect to Sierra data feed. I think I have to change the routing as I still want to use Sierra for charting, just not executions.

All help is greatly appreciated.

You are still trying to connect to your account with Edge Clear, which no longer exists.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data".

After you select OK to close that window, you will be prompted to update your symbols. Be sure to answer "Yes" to this question.

Since the symbols are changing, the data will have to be downloaded for those new symbols. So you may have to wait a bit for the data to redownload. There is no option to work around this, it is how Sierra Chart is setup and there are many reasons why it works this way.

If you open a different chartbook later that still has the symbols setup for the connection to Teton, then after you open that chartbook select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

Keep in mind that you are currently setup to get real-time data for the CME exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the non-professional pricing. Your "Verifed Until" date is currently set to August 6, 2026. If you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to another valid live trading account before August 6, 2026, then on August 7, 2026, you will no longer be able to receive the real-time data for the CME Group since your non-professional standing will no longer be valid.

If you are not wanting to continue to get real-time data after the end of this month, then you should "Deactivate" the exchange you currently have active as soon as you can so you do not forget to do so. When you deactivate it, you are setting it to not renew for the next month. You will still get the real-time data through the end of this month (July). You can deactivate the exchange at the following link:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
