I placed a buy order on the morning of 7/3 forgetting that it was a holiday and my broker automatically closed my position for me before market close. I came back to the charts after market close and saw I still had a position open on SC. I tried to flatten (which was rejected) then tried to cancel. When the market reopened earlier this evening on 7/5 the flatten order went through and I saw on my broker that I had an open sell position while SC showed I was flat. I submitted a buy order to flatten my position with my broker, but now I have an open buy position in SC that I need help getting rid of. I've tried deleting from the activity log to try and flatten my quantity with no luck. How do I go about flatting my position in Sierra Chart without submitting a new order? |

The first thing to do is to immediately contact the clearing firm, and find out what your actual position is, and take any trading action that you need to. That is the very first action to take right now. Who is the clearing firm? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
