I am trying to set an alert for when a price level reaches a cumulative delta +-500 during RTH. See attached screen shot. I am able to get an alert when the delta is +-500 or higher, but this is limited to only 1 footprint candle. I want to get a sound alert if the total delta for any price level during RTH (from 9:30AM EST to 4PM EST) is hit. Please let me know how to get this working.

There is not a way to get what you are wanting using the Volume by Price study.

One way to do this would be to have a chart that is set to have the bar period set to the same time/bar period as the Volume by Price study. In other words, if the Volume by Price is set to 1 day, then you would want a bar period of 1 day. You would also need to ensure that the data is built using the Intraday data, so set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Date Range and Limiting Method)

Then, use the "Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2" to look for the condition you want and then set an alert for that study. Refer to the following:
Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2

Another option would be to create a custom study to do what you want. Refer to the following:
ACSIL Interface Members - Functions: sc.GetVolumeAtPriceDataForStudyProfile()
