Missing rows in Export Bar Data to Text

I opened NQH22-CME-BIDASK chart, set bar interval to Number of trades = 1. from menu Edit -> Export Bar Data to Text. So I expected tick by tick export. I got the file. When I started to go row by row in scid file - i found 4 missing rows in just first 14 rows - ie they exist in .scid but not in .txt export Any ideas why ? what is the ground truth here - .scid or .txt ? (perhaps you filter out some ticks because they are bad? I cant see why they are different, the date time seems in order) Also Open field is not populated at all (4 x 0x00 bytes) - is it expected? Also it seems Hign == Last for asks and Low == Last for bids, but the opposite value ie Low for asks and High for bids populated with some price that I cannot reconcile. what is it?
