I tried all trouble shooting on my own to no avail. My data feed is delayed when it should not be. Why is this the case and can you please help me.

You are only setup to get data for the "CBOE Global Indices", for which you should be getting the real-time data. Although, keep in mind that there was a change about a month ago where there are now two separate exchange options for the CBOE Indices. Refer to the following:

Although, if you were viewing symbols that were moved to the other exchange option for the CBOE Indices, then you should not be getting any data for those symbols, as that data is not available as delayed streaming data.

We wonder if you are referring to the CME Group data. In this case, you had an exchange active in June, but you had deactivated that exchange on June 17, 2026 at 02:36:54 UTC. So you would have continued to get the real-time data for that exchange through the end of June, but then it would not renew on July 1, 2026. Therefore, starting on July 1, you would not have access to the real-time data, and instead would get the delayed streaming data.
