No Trade Activity files exist in C:\SierraChart|Data

My chart always doesnt have anything on the trade activity log even for my Live trading. And my C:\SierraChart\|Data doesnt have TradeActivity files. I contacted my broker AMP and they say the problem in on SC end. Could you kindly help? Thank you.
