Hello, I recently sent a payment of €75 from my bank account to your Sierra Chart account, IBAN: BE22 9674 7826 6647. Unfortunately, I forgot to include my account name/reference in the payment details. Could you please let me know if you are able to identify and credit this payment to my account, or if I need to take further action (e.g., provide proof of payment) to have the funds allocated correctly?
