Dear all,

I have a recent problem with the option "Export Bar and Study Data to text file" for Euro Stoxx.
Till now, with symbol FESXM26-EUREX, I didn't have any problem for exporting but now that I switched on symbol FESXU26-EUREX, I have the message "FESXU26-EUREX[M] Rev 2t #1 | Symbol does not allow data export" and I can't export any data.

I'm using the package 11 with SC DATA delayed (15 minutes), do you have a solution ? Is it connected with delayed data (it was working before) ?

I'm using SC 2922 64-bit, Revision 57220.
Delayed Data Feed (Read Only): YES

Thanks

The EUREX exchange does not allow us to allow for exporting the data, therefore, what you are seeing is correct and is just how it has to be.

What we can not answer is how you had this working previously. This has been this way for awhile now (we think it's been about a year now).

Thank you for your answer.
There is no possibility for customer, even by paying an extra fee/subscription, to get access for exporting the data ? Or to pay EUREX EOBI for professionals for getting this feature ?

There is not a way to get this to work. The particular data we get from EUREX does not allow the data outside of our system.
