can't view live prices... 'not connected'/ unsure of the correct package i have chosen

Hi all
Really sorry, but i seem to be having this continuous problem. It's totally user error.
But, I am unable to connect, see live trades or historic trades.
I could view this no problem (last year) I think I missed a payment and my a/c was closed.
I've tried to re-open my a/c, I have money on the a/c but I still can't view live or historic trades.
I can't remember what package I was on, please can you offer some guidance here.
What package was I previously using and I will select that again?
I was trading S&P500 mini&micro and crude oil
