Hi guys, I've been successfully using SC for a couple of years and opening the same chartbook on start-up. It has now stopped opening that file. I haven't altered the name of the file or it's location, nothing has changed. Today I deleted the file from General Settings>Startup>Select Files to open on Startup, selected it and saved. Still no good. Any ideas? Thanks as always. Rob |

When you start Sierra Chart, select the "Cancel" button on the login screen one time to stop the automatic login. Then, on that window, make sure the option for "Open Files on Startup" is selected (has a checkmark). If not the above, then are you able to open the chartbook directly? We want to ensure that the chartbook is actually in a good condition, and not corrupted in some way.
