Hi! I'm having a problem with the negative pullstacks—since the latest version of SC, they no longer display even though they're enabled in the settings. My second problem is that I have two studies (“Trading Profit Loss Text” and “Text Display for Study from Chart”) that haven’t been showing up on my Trading Dom since Monday, even though everything was working fine on Friday. I should note that I haven’t made any adjustments in the meantime that could have affected these features. The strange thing is that the studies appear briefly at startup before the data loads on TradingDom, and then they all disappear. The bug has been present since Monday on both the latest version and the previous one, and on all TradingDom instances in my ChartBook, but the studies work perfectly on conventional charts. This changed slightly in a recent release, as some people did not want the negative bars displayed. Therefore, you have to turn on the display of the negative bars through the Graphics settings for Colors. In particular, go to "Graphics Settings - Colors >> Chart/Trade DOM >> Chart/Trade DOM Ask/Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Negative Volume Bar" and set the Enabled option to "Yes".

We are not seeing any problem with these studies off-hand. They are both working when we add them to a Trading DOM. We tried this on both the current release (v 2922) and the current pre-release (2923).

If you are not on one of these releases, then please update and see if you continue to have an issue.

If you do still have a problem after updating, then please get us the charts that show this issue. Please follow the instructions at the following link to get us the charts, but we need two just not just one as stated in the instructions (we need the second chart that is the source for the "Text Display for Study"):
