Real-Time Data Not Active Despite Paid CME Package

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I purchased the CME exchange package (145 USD/month) and the payment has been processed successfully. However, Sierra Chart is still displaying delayed data on all CME/COMEX charts. In the "About Sierra Chart" window I see: Delayed Data Feed = Yes Denali Data Feed Supported = Yes Denali Authorized Realtime Exchanges = CME All charts continue to display [Delayed] in the title bar. I have already: Restarted Sierra Chart multiple times. Verified my account is active. Verified the exchange package is paid. Verified the market is open. Reconnected the data feed. Could you please check my account and confirm why I am still receiving delayed data instead of real-time data? Thank you. Account Name: MIGONZO
