Market Depth is not working anymore

Dear Sierra Team, I have Package 11 and would like to view the Market Depth for replay charts. Unfortunately, it only shows a single price level for both Buy and Sell, and the order count is always at 1. In the "Customize Chart DOM Columns" menu, I have the following columns set to visible: Bid Size/Buy Column, Price, Ask Size/Sell Column. This used to work before. Additionally - You do not have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth data. Therefore, you are not going to get any market depth data automatically downloaded. As noted in post #2, you can get historical market depth data by forcing the download, specifically step #8 in the given link.
